7.05 – Dom's got an in-depth weather report which we do over the Back To The Future Music, and Dave reckons the intro of Back To The Future sounds just like the start of Emmerdale
7.20 – Apparently there's no schools closed anywhere. More advice from Reveen the hypnotist. This time about overeating
7.25 – We have some more Reveen action, with some people thinking it's Dave. And Mally has remixed the track. Rachel and Mally were mixing at the same time!...guh huh
7.28 – Alan Carr is in the building and as got all South Bank now. He’s changed. Also JLC looks better with a beard than without

7.50 – Alan Carr is going to be on in an hour, and Chris has got some healthy muffins, and he gets Aled to eat a whole one

8.15 – Alan Carr's in. He talks about his appearance on Jonathan Ross, his nomination for a South Bank award, oil rigs and massage parlours. Aled explains the idea of Celebrity Ding Dong, and Chris talks about the episode he was on. We're going to do some singing with Alan in a bit
